On rare occasions, circumstances arise where for technical reasons, the remote
extension will not work satisfactorily with your equipment. If for whatever
reason your setup is such that the adapters do not work in the 1st month,
then you can either send them back and we will refund you in full for all
the money you have paid or we can advise you on what further steps may be
necessary to overcome the technical problem.
