All equipment held in stock here is refurbished on site to as high a standard as possible. For example, with refurbished handsets we replace the curly cords, line cords, perspexes and inlays. We clean and polish them, heat-seal them in clear stretched polythene, add a sanitised telephone-wipe and put them in a new cardboard box ready for next-day despatch.
